How do I order a custom PC?
Use the PC Builder on our site to pick a case, CPU, graphics card, memory and storage, then add the build to your cart. If you'd rather talk it through, send your budget and what you run to our WhatsApp and we'll send a spec back.
Will the parts I choose work together?
Yes. The builder only shows components that are compatible with what you've already picked, including socket, power supply wattage and case size. Our team also checks every order before assembly.
Can you build for video editing, 3D or AI and machine learning work?
Yes. We build creator and AI workstations with high-core-count CPUs, large memory and multi-GPU options. Tell us your software and models and we'll spec around them.
How long does a custom build take?
Most builds are assembled and tested within [1 to 2 working days] once all parts are in stock. [confirm] We'll tell you the exact timeline when you order and let you know if a part is on backorder.
Do you install Windows and drivers?
Every build ships with the operating system installed
What is the difference between a ready build and a custom build?
Ready builds are pre-specced tiers we assemble regularly, so they're quicker to deliver. Custom builds start from your own part list. Both are built and tested the same way.
Can I buy a single part, like a graphics card or SSD?
Yes. Bring your PC to either branch, or send us its spec on WhatsApp, and we'll recommend compatible upgrades and fit them for you.
Are prices in Kenyan shillings?
Yes. All prices on the site are in KES and include VAT

Can I place an order over WhatsApp instead of the website?
Yes. Send us the build or parts you want and we'll confirm stock, price and payment details on the same chat.

Do you repair PCs you didn't build?
Yes. Diagnostics and repairs are available at both branches for a service fee.
